WWE wrestler Sara Lee died by suicide, as confirmed by autopsy report.
Sara lee passed away last year on October Recent Autopsy report revealed that she consumed combination of both Alcohol and drugs before her death. Months after the wrestler’s death person close to Sara Lee’s family told that she was heavily drinking on the night she died.
Sara Lee died at the age of 30 on 5th October 2022 at her home in In San Antonio, Texas, USA. Lee was part of WWE between 2015 and 2016 and was the winner of the promotion’s mega event ‘Tough Enough’ seven years ago.
Sara Ann Lee belonged to Hope, Michigan in the USA. She is the Winner of WWE Tough Enough season 6 reality television series that helped her to get contract of worth US$250,000 with the wrestling company, Sara was also a TV presenter, wife and mother to three children.
After her passing in October last year, the WWE had issued a statement offering condolences to her family, friends and fans, while hailing her as “an inspiration to many in the sports-entertainment world.
Professional wrestling career
June 2015, Lee became one of the 13 finalists for the sixth season of the WWE competition .After being at risk of elimination five times throughout the course of the competition, on August 25, Lee was chosen by fan vote as one of the winners, along with Josh Bredl, earning a $250,000 one-year contract with WWE. During the final, Lee adopted the ring name Hope and lost a singles match to Alicia Fox.
In September, Lee was assigned to WWE’s developmental territory NXT, based at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, to begin training. Returning to her real name, Lee made her first appearance for NXT at a live event on January 16, 2016, when she delivered a heel promo. She made her in-ring debut at the January 30 live event during a six-woman tag team match, which also involved fellow Tough Enough competitor Mandy Rose. On September 30, 2016, Lee was released from her WWE contract.
